Each class begins with a warm up and fitness segment to get dancers ready for choreography. Our unique #SexeFIT program is packed with signature moves to target your legs, glutes, arms, and abs!

SEXEFIT classes have a hip-hop swagger with a pop feel featuring music from your favorite artists. Classes are designed to empower and strengthen dancers for advancement. All classes are beginner friendly.
